Training Reset

In Spring 2026, Nike revamped its Training category across digital to better reflect how people actually train. The goal was to modernize the experience and create a clearer, more cohesive system across Nike Digital.

  • Digital Producer

  • Nike App, Nike.com, Nike Email, Nike Social

  • End-to-end revamp of Training across web and app

    • Owned digital production for the Training revamp from early planning through launch

    • Built and managed workback schedules to align teams across multiple surfaces

    • Worked across design, copy, engineering, and merchandising to bring the new direction to life

    • Helped modernize how Training shows up across digital, from structure to storytelling

    • Managed budget tracking across the project to keep work aligned with resourcing

  • The existing Training experience felt fragmented and inconsistent across platforms. We needed to rethink how the category showed up, while coordinating multiple teams and rebuilding it across Nike Digital at the same time.

    • Turned the new Training direction into clear timelines and deliverables across teams

    • Managed multiple workstreams to support both redesign and rollout

    • Kept teams aligned as the structure and content evolved

    • Balanced timelines, resourcing, and budget while keeping the project on track
